¹This name appears spelled differently on different records. Her marriage License to John H. Snodgrass bears this spelling (Ailsy). On the marriage license of her son, Harry Lee, it is spelled "Alsy" and on the 1880 census records it is spelled "Alcy"

His marriage license states him to be the son of Ailsy (Hubbard) Snodgrass, but I have his Date of Birth as 1868 wich is 4 years before the John Hunt Snodgrass/Ailsy Hubbard marriage. On the 1870 Census, Harry Lee is listed as being 1 year old and Ailsy Hubbard is listed as a house keeper. Elizabeth P. Snodgrass was the wife of John Hunt Snodgrass at the time of Harry Lee's Birth.
